Cell Quake — game rules and terms of service.

The short version. Cell Quake is an indie tactical chain-reaction puzzle game. You can play pass-and-play, solo against computer bots, and in private or matchmaking online rooms. Signing in with a Google account is optional and provides cross-device profile progression, competitive rankings, and cosmetic ball textures. Play fairly, treat other players with respect, and do not use automation or cheats.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or playing Cell Quake (via the Android application or the web client at cellquake.pages.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Eligibility & Target Audience
Cell Quake is designed for general audiences aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. By using the game, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or have received consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts & Conduct
Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in, authentication is provided securely through Google via Firebase Authentication.
- Usernames & Profiles: You are responsible for the display name and public username you choose. Usernames must not be hateful, obscene, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing upon the intellectual property or trademarks of others. We reserve the right to reclaim or rename any handle that violates this rule.
- Fair Play: You agree not to use bots, automated scripts, memory manipulation, network exploits, or hacks to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the experience of other players.
- Multiplayer Etiquette: Online rooms are meant for friendly competitive play. Intentional disconnection abuse, griefing, or harassment will result in account suspension or removal.
4. In-Game Items & Virtual Economy
Cell Quake includes in-game virtual tokens (such as diamonds, firewood, medals, and cosmetic ball textures) that can be earned through gameplay, daily free rewards, melting, and forging.
- Virtual tokens and cosmetic unlocks are purely fictional game elements with no real-world monetary value.
- They cannot be redeemed, refunded, transferred, or exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
- We reserve the right to manage, regulate, balance, or modify in-game economy balances to preserve competitive fairness and game health.
5. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
To support the development and hosting of Cell Quake, the game may display rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Participation in rewarded ads (e.g. daily free rewards) is optional. AdMob processes device identifiers and performance data in accordance with Google's policies and our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All game designs, code, graphics, audio synthesis engines, logos, and materials associated with Cell Quake are the intellectual property of Prashant Mudgal (CodeCreeds). You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
7. Account Termination & Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the game by going to Settings → My Profile → Delete my account, or by visiting our web deletion portal at cellquake.pages.dev/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and immediate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Cell Quake is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the game.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, the updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the game following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
